I worked with Caleb on several projects at Modern Tribe — across a variety of client projects as well as internal product development. Caleb is a talented, reliable, and results-oriented developer. He takes extra time to help me understand feature tradeoffs, avoid pitfalls, and thoughtfully approach his work. He is skilled at giving honest feedback and comfortable discussing business goals and working within less-than-ideal constraints. Caleb is a true team player, always available to lend a hand, and is incredibly good at context-switching.
